Stephen is exploring the concepts of Town and Country, using the area surrounding Dorset County museum and artefacts within the museum to inspire his paintings and raiku pottery responses. He plans to engage the local community in workshops to champion pride in their local area and improve general well being. Striving to connect past to present, and raise questions about what role social history has in shaping the physical environment we live in.

Areas to be explored are Maiden Castle, Bincombe, Badbury Rings and Blackdown.
